I understand that I am solely responsible for the legality, originality, accuracy, safety, and appropriateness of my content, token, smart contract settings, promotional materials, linked websites, and related activities. I accept full responsibility for any claims, disputes, losses, damages, penalties, or legal liabilities arising from my content or use of the Platform.
I understand that digital assets are highly speculative and may experience extreme price volatility, loss of liquidity, smart contract failures, security incidents, regulatory restrictions, or complete loss of value. I acknowledge that blockchain transactions are generally irreversible and that I may lose all funds associated with my activities.
I understand that the Platform does not endorse, verify, sponsor, guarantee, or provide investment advice regarding any user-created content, meme, token, project, creator, transaction, or digital asset.
I acknowledge that the Platform may, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, reject, restrict, hide, delist, disable, suspend, or remove any content that is suspected of infringement, reported by a rights holder, considered unlawful or harmful, or found to violate Platform policies. I understand that removing content from the Platform interface may not remove the related token, smart contract, transaction record, metadata, or other information from the underlying blockchain or third-party services.
